VTG 1977 Japanese Folding Clutch Bag Pink Rayon Chirimen Uroko Butterfly Design

This lovely bag folds in half to become a clutch. It is made of silk-like rayon chirimen in a traditional Uroko design with butterflies, lined in scarlet red. It has metal trim and closure and includs a zip compartment on the outside. It was made in 1977 – which we know from the newspaper stuffing.
