This soft puff pad is perfect for applying white, Kona Oshiroi powder over large areas of the face and neck. It is made by Mitsuyoshi, the famous supplier of professional stage makeup for Kyoto’s Geisha and Kabuki actors.
It measures about 3″ or 7 cm across and has a strap to secure it to your fingers. It fits perfectly in the puff pad compartment in the lid of our Kona Oshiroi white face powder jar.
