This lovely tapestry is made of hand-woven Ramie linen and depicts a powerful carp jumping a waterfall in deep blue tones.
It includes the sticks at the top and bottom and a string to hang it.
It is made of hand-woven Ramie linen by Rakushian of Kyoto. Rakushian is famous for their Ramie linen noren curtains and tapestries which are quality works of art produced in small quantities and normally sold exclusively in fine stores in Japan.
