Japanese Zori & Bag Matching Set in Indigo Cotton Tsumugi Stripe

Features:

This unique set contains a pair of zori (size 24cm) and a matching handbag in a traditional stripe cotton Tsumugi fabric. Probably made in the 1970 or 80s with quality materials and craftsmanship.

The zori  have lightweight cork soles with leather bottoms. Note that Zori are not ment to “fit” like western footwear and optimally, your foot will overhang the heel a few cm.

The bag is a kinchaku type with a drawstring cord that also serves as a handle. It is lined in pale beige fabric

Vintage, perfect unworn condition in their original box with tag attached (box shows some age & minor shelf-wear) – see photos.

Note that the box is rather large and the shipping rate reflects that.
