Vintage “Nihon No Iki” Zabuton Cover Set by Osaka Nishikawa Co.

This is a beautiful vintage Japanese zabuton cushion cover set consisting of 5 matching covers (Repackaged for shipping). The covers have never been used and remain in perfect condition.

Made by Osaka Nishikawa Co., a respected Japanese manufacturer well known for the quality and elegance of their zabuton cover designs, this series is called “Nihon No Iki” (“The Essence of Japan”).

Each cover is made of 100% cotton in a deep indigo blue with an elegant woven design printed on both sides. They are standard zabuton size and ideal for use in a traditional Japanese room, tea room, meditation space, or as decorative floor cushions.

It is also very easy to make your own zabuton cushions to fill these covers using padding materials available from most sewing, fabric, or craft shops.
