• We ship to all countries for which the shopping cart offers a shipping rate.
• We ship by primarily by Japan Post EMS or Yamato Express using flat rates based on weight – to most countries, you can expect your package within about 10 days.
• If ePacket services are available to your country, you may request that service.
• We ship and provide tracking numbers in most cases within 24 hours of payment, however we only ship by services that include insurance and tracking.
• We try combine small items and are willing to refund any excess postage paid by our customers.
• Be sure to track your package as we will not cover reshipping if an attempted delivery was made and the package is returned to us.
Note that although EMS shipping has returned post-COVID, to most countries, the availability of lower cost rates is still spotty and as those rates – like ePacket return, we will add them to the customers options. In the meantime, we highly recommend combining purchases to save money on shipping charges.
